Location

Charleston International Airport (CHS) is about an hour's drive from Kiawah Island. Bicycle rentals are one of the most popular ways to get around the island. Your Destination Concierge is happy to discuss and make any arrangements for transportation.

In order to easily explore the island's restaurants, golf courses, and beaches, we recommend renting a car through Club partner Avis. Inspirato members receive exclusive benefits through the invitation-only Avis President's Club.

Serene Marsh Views

loved this house. The views from both inside and outside were spectacular. My husband and 25 year old son loved the golf and the beach/weather was wonderful. We biked all over the island and the eastern end of the island has spectacular marsh/savannah like vistas. This was our 5th trip to Kiawah since June 2020. We will definitely be back again. Our concierge Marge was wonderful.

it's new and being on the marsh is pretty nice...

We had a few different groups through the stay. The house is great. Only 6 months old. The kitchen/Dining table only fits 6 (we squeezed in 8 with chairs from the second floor) and it worked in a pinch. The garages are a little tight, I got a car in, but needed help getting it out.

The team in Kiawah is well oiled and really know there stuff. Available and very willing to solve issues or take care of you...they were great.

We went to Lost Isle for dinner a few nights, just won restaurant of the year from Southern Living. Golf is a little expensive, everything there is, but the quality for everything is great. No bad meals.

Screened in porch was a favorite! The view of the marsh out the back is great...

The pool is a little too small, we only used it once briefly.

High arks for the Low Country in the off-season!

My girlfriends and I were in search of a 'mellow vibe' for our January reunion, and intentionally chose Kiawah in the off-season, knowing it would be quiet and serene - and it was just that! We loved every minute we spent together in this absolutely beautiful home, and very much appreciated the great care we got from our local host, Marge Stanton. It surpassed every expectation we had for our getaway, complete with an unexpected snow storm!

Great location if you want and like resort living

The house is layout is great, but not walking distance to beach. You really want to dine locally because the drive to and from Charleston is not a short drive. Great location for golfers who want to play Kiawah course. Be prepared for a long to and from CHS airport.

Perfect Blend of Work & Relaxation at Kiawah

I recently stayed at Honeysuckle on Kiawah Island for a leadership team planning retreat, and it was absolutely perfect! The home and surroundings provided everything we needed for a productive and relaxing getaway. With four of us planning for next year, we took full advantage of the beautiful porches for meetings and relaxation—yes, there might have even been a nap or two on the porch!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed a mix of dining experiences, from having a private chef prepare dinner to eating at some of the resort's incredible restaurants. Lunch on the 18th hole of the Ocean Course was a treat, and I highly recommend Jasmine Porch for dinner—it was outstanding.

We even managed to sneak in some fishing one morning, which was a highlight of the trip. This was my first visit to Kiawah, and it exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxury, natural beauty, and well-thought-out amenities made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
