- The third bedroom is a detached ohana with a bedroom, bathroom, and private lanai.
- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum so as to not disturb those in nearby residences. Outside of the quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbors and the neighborhood and keep noise at a reasonable level.
- Please park guest vehicles in designated parking areas only.
- The residence may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Please note that the Kolea Beach Club does not serve food or beverages.
- This residence provides quick access to snorkeling at Anaeho'omalu Bay as well as the shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Kings' Shops & Queens' Marketplace.
- The Waikoloa Beach Marriott, the Hilton Waikoloa Village, and two championship golf courses are within walking distance.
- This home is located next door to the Inspirato residence Hale Kealoha. Please contact your Care team to book multiple residences.

- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a queen pull-out sleeper sofa.
