  • Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m, please keep noise to a minimum. Outside of the quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level. There will be a $500 fine assessed to your folio for each infraction.
  • For booking in residence services such as chefs, spa treatments, or fitness classes, please consult with your Care team as there are limitations with external vendors in this residence.
  • Please note for stays at APRE, there is a fee of at least $1,500 MXN for each grocery delivery; fees will vary depending on order size. This is outside of the Inspirato standard and will be added to your folio. This fee is not waived and is also outside of the $25 USD standard amount.
  • Pool Access: Enjoy access to the three pools exclusive to APRE as well as the Punta Ballena Beach Club pool. Please note that when staying in this residence, you will not have access to the pools and lounge chairs of Esperanza Hotel Resort nor Hotel Residence Club.
  • Beach Access: You’ll have access to the Esperanza Hotel Resort beach area, but please note that you will not be able to use beach equipment including lounge chairs and umbrellas.
  • The beach at the resort is a wonderful place to lay out and build sandcastles but is not recommended for swimming. There are many swimmable beaches 10 to 15 minutes away in either direction.
  • Please note, Esperanza is conducting a balcony and pool enhancement project that is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2025. Construction takes place Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Some construction noise will impact your stay during this time. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

Location

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is located at San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The airport serves the Los Cabos area: San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Most major airlines offer service here, with frequent flights from Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, San Diego, Denver, Chicago and Seattle.

Your Destination Concierge can help you arrange a rental car or transport from the airport. If you take advantage of the golf cart ride to the beach club, you may not need a car some days. However, you'll likely want one to drive to activities, into town for restaurants and shopping, and possibly for a day trip. Esperanza is a world-class resort

Our stay at Casa Milaflores was great for our group of six adults. Plenty of room! All the restaurants were really great. We enjoyed tennis and pickleball there as well. I honestly don't know any reason why someone would even leave the property! It is so beautifully maintained. Some of the best vistas I've seen in Mexico. Thanks!

This resort and room are great. Highly recommend if you are familiar and ok with rules and restrictions of Cabo beaches.

Wonderful family get-away!

We thoroughly enjoyed Miraflores and the beautiful ocean views it allows. We also enjoyed the beach club pool and sitting in lounge chairs near the ocean there. Lunch at the Punta Ballena Beach Club was great as well. Miraflores is well-equipped and Angelica did a great job of keeping us stocked with necessary groceries. Bottled water is provided in the residence so no need to order large amounts of bottled water from the store.

Everything is very clean and it felt very safe to be there. The hotels and restaurants were at fairly low occupancy with Covid protocols in place. Many restaurants had only a few occupied tables. Expect to have temperatures taken and masks required for entry at airport, hotel/residences, restaurants, etc. It was a wonderful get-away for our family!

We love Esperanza

This is our 8th trip to Esperanza over 12 years. The weather is always perfect, the grounds are beautiful, and even during high season, it is not too crowded. The food is fantastic, and the 4 BR is really nice and spacious. We have stayed in 2BR, 3BR and 4BR units in the Esperanza Residence area and in the villas area. The location and appointments of this 4BR are great. 5 stars all around.

Amazing Cabo adventure!

Swimming with the whale sharks and sea lions at La Paz was a once in a lifetime experience. And the Zig Zag catamaran sunset tour was fantastic in terms of both the hospitality and whale watching. The G Force ATVs were a blast as well the zip-lining experience at Wild Canyon! Our New Year’s Eve cabana experience at the Esperanza was the perfect night for both parents and children alike. Everything was perfect! Inspirato consistently delivers a memorable experience!
