- This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
- Your private, sun-soaked pool is not heated.
- Bedrooms three and four are accessed via an outside door and are not connected to the main level of the house. The kids' room is connected to bedroom two. These bedrooms share a bathroom and closet but can be closed off and separated.
- Your dedicated chef will prepare two meals per day with a one-time fee of $100 plus the cost of groceries.
- A resort fee of $100 per day covers access to Eden Roc’s beach club, pools, restaurants, kid's club, and spa but it does excludes access to the Fitness & Training Center as members and guests have access to a shared fitness center. This fee will be added to your Inspirato folio.
- Blackout dates for Eden Roc Beach Club may occur over festive weeks, including Easter and New Years. Contact your Care team for additional information.
- This home is located right next to the water on a rocky shoreline, and you cannot swim directly outside, but the beach at Eden Roc Beach Club is just five minutes away.
- Please note that beach conditions change frequently and you may experience an unusual amount of seaweed on the beach during your visit. Please contact your Care team for the most up-to-date information.

- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
- Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
