Location

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about a 30-minute drive from your residence. Daily and seasonal nonstop flights are available from Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, St. Louis, and Nashville, among others. Once you land, you can get to Rosemary Beach via rental car or private transportation arranged by your Care team. Once inside the Rosemary Beach community, most residents get around by bike. We recommend asking your Destination Concierge to rent bikes and helmets for the remainder of your group.

Great house, perfect weather

We took a chance to book 30a at the end of February given the weather can still be quite chilly for Florida that time of year but it worked our great!! This is our second stay at Coastal Dune. Its location can't be beat in Rosemary Beach. You are directly on the beach so the views and sounds of waves crashing are enough to make this place great but add in the convenience to all things Rosemary Beach and how easy it is to walk over to the beach and it really can't be beat. The house easily sleeps 3 adult couples (in house) and then two kids (in the bunk room) it also has the greatest carriage house which another set of adults could stay in (you'd need to be comfortable with the somewhat challenging circular stairs to the bedroom level though). The common areas are plenty big enough for a group of this size. I will say I find the design of the kitchen oddly small for the size of the house and its a 2 people max in the kitchen at one time situation. You literally cannot stand at the stove and open the fridge at the same time. Clearly not inspirato's issue but just something to know. My only suggestion to inspirato would be to upgrade the quality of the fan in the top floor bedroom. All of the other rooms have ceiling fans but the top floor doesn't (lower ceiling height) and the fan on offer is a cheap box fan. For the price and quality of this home I think you all shoud replace this fan with something better, that circulates and doesn't sound like a plane taking off. Local concierge, Jinny, was great and always available if we needed anything. Great trip!

Best View Ever

The Coastal Dune residence sells itself!! The views of the Gulf from the house are simply unmatched and the sunsets even better. Rosemary Beach is the perfect family vacation town. We love it.

Being so close to the beach was awesome.

It is rare to get Gulf front houses in Rosemary Beach, so this was exceptional. The boardwalks were steps away if you did not need the ramp for a wagon, etc.

Tip: I would not count the bunk room as a bedroom, even for little ones, because the laundry is in that room, which makes it impossible even to lay out a suitcase.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of five loved this house. The beachfront location was incredible as well as the proximity to the quaint downtown of Rosemary Beach. This property is walkable to several top restaurants. Our favorites were LaCrema, Pescado and Gallion's. Bike rentals weren't really necessary for us as we walked almost everywhere. Make sure to reserve beach chairs in advance to ensure front row placement during busy times of year! Jinny was an amazing on site concierge. We didn't have a lot of requests as we spent most of our time on the beach, but she was incredibly responsive and engaging.

perfect beach home

This is one of our favorite houses we stay in with Inspirato. We have booked it a few times. The beach is wonderful and the views from the house are exceptional. It is exactly what we were looking for with Inspirato. Our concierge Jinny was exceptional from the start. Her welcoming Was warm and started our vacation off appropriately. This is a great place to take kids and teenagers. July 4 fireworks were right off the balcony over the water. This is one of the few homes in Rosemary Beach that is waterfront.
