Location

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about a 30-minute drive from your residence. Daily and seasonal nonstop flights are available from Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, St. Louis, and Nashville, among others. Once you land, you can get to Rosemary Beach via rental car or private transportation arranged by your Care team. Once inside the Rosemary Beach community, most residents get around by bike. We recommend asking your Destination Concierge to rent bikes and helmets for the remainder of your group.

Charming oasis in the center of lovely beach town

The location is quite nice as you have the whole top floor and there are only shops on the two floors below. You are right at the end of the town with restaurants, shopping, and of course the famous beaches! I went in early Feb 2026 so it was quiet, but still fun. The weather happened to be quite good on the beach during the day and then a bit chillier at night but not bad. Housekeeping was immaculate, and I particularly loved the scent everywhere throughout the home. It felt quite like a signature scent (like you would get at The Edition)! I went two blocks down to a shop that sold makeup and bath supplies to buy a luxurious coconut bath bomb to bathe with. Heaven! Kitchen supplies were fully stocked, so I was able to cook a good bit while there when I wasn't enjoying the incredible restaurants all along the strip. The beach is private access, and the view of the sand and water was stunning. Probably one of the best beaches in the world. There are lots of fun activities to do right on the beach day and night. I highly recommend a stay here!

Emerald Coast

White Oak is centrally located in a charming neighborhood close to great restaurants, shops, and beach. Condo is perfect for couples/small family stays. 3rd floor views overlook lovely town square. Andriana and Jinny are excellent resources for local experiences. Beautiful beaches, great food, town. If you’re looking for a relaxed upscale vibe, Rosemary Beach is a prime destination. Loved it!

Jinny was the best!

Jinny took care of us like we were family. She got us everything we needed. She stayed in touch with us and cancelled and added dinner reservations. She went above and beyond her call of duty in that she had to resolve an unusual issue and did it with grace and diligence.

30A - Has a distinct feel

With respect to the unit, it worked very well for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). There are two full bedrooms, and a very tiny room with two bunks. Works well for small children, would not recommend for teens or adults. Location was excellent - central to everything. I was disappointed in the included amenities for the area. I.e. the pool was okay, there was no gym included, didn't really see much else.

There is an umbrella and chair service available. its pricey and the quality of the chairs is low. They set them up in rows and fill quickly. You can bring your own chairs and umbrella and they have set aside parts of the beach for this. We never had a problem getting a spot and usually got on the water (first row) verse the 2, 3 or 4th row for chair rental. Other than its a little easier to just show up to get chairs, I saw no upside in renting them.

30A may not be for everyone. I prefer a more relaxed old school Florida experience. This area is a lot more pretentious. People are dressed up to go to dinner like they are in NYC.

It's also worth noting, that the closest marina is about 40 minutes away. So if getting on the water is important to you, this place is not ideal.

For me, its not my ideal beach vacation, but i can appreciate why others may love it. Its just good to know what you are looking for.

Lovely, quaint beach town

White Oak was a nice 2 bedroom plus bunk room (2), well equipped and managed. This unit is above retail/spa spaces, but noise is minimal. There is really no reason to leave the area—good food, fun shopping and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

Easy U.S. travel, quick ride from the airport. My favorite spot—the indoor lap swimming pool. We will be back.
