Things to Know

• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• All bedrooms are accessed through exterior doors that open directly to the pool and courtyard, so this home may not be suitable for those traveling with young children.
• Your private pool is not heated. However, sunny days and warm temperatures keep the pool a comfortable temperature.
• Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum so as to not disturb those in nearby residences. Outside of the quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbors and the neighborhood and keep noise at a reasonable level.
• Please park guest vehicles in designated parking areas only.
• The residence may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Please note that some of the homes in the surrounding neighborhood are under construction; construction is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2025. Please contact your Care Team for more details.
• Want to play a game of tennis? Just let your Care team or Destination Concierge know and they can arrange court times at Mauna Lani Tennis Club or at the renowned, full-service Hawaii Tennis Center at the neighboring Fairmont Orchid, featuring 10 courts, evening play, themed clinics, and private lessons.

• Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests can be accommodated for a rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated by placing two people in each queen bed in Bedroom 3.
