- Breakfast is complimentary for Stein Eriksen Residence guests at 7880 Club. Breakfast is dine-in only and not available during seasonal closures of the restaurant (late fall and spring).
- This residence comes with two complimentary valet parking spots in the garage.
- No snowboards are allowed at Deer Valley, but they are allowed at nearby Park City Mountain Resort (this resort offers half-pipes and terrain park features as well).
- Please note the onsite restaurant as well as other dining establishments in the area do undergo annual seasonal closures in both the fall and the spring.
- Stein Eriksen Residences utilizes a third-party service for stocking groceries. Guests will be provided with a form to order groceries through the third-party vendor; all service and grocery item costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be paid directly to the vendor or through the resort folio to be paid upon check-out.
