Loved it July 7, 2025

Hotel in general and rooms in particular are beautiful....well appointed with amazing river and city views. Delicious breakfast. Perfectly located near the best shopping and dining streets in SOHO.

NYC Getaway

Loved it May 21, 2025

My husband and I spent a week at The Dominic Hotel which was a wonderful spot well located in the SoHo area with an incredible view of the Hudson River skyline looking across to New Jersey. We were celebrating a granddaughter's NYU graduation, and the IFC theatrical release of a documentary film with which we were involved. We loved walking along the Hudson shoreline, appreciating the extensive renovations and beautification of piers and surrounding areas. The walk is approx. 18 miles long -- we walked about 8 miles of the area. The "Little Island" was a total wonder, The Whitney Museum a fabulous place to visit, and we enjoyed walking the length of the High Line from the Whitney Museum stairway to the rail yard, another incredible project developed via public/private partnerships. NYC is a fabulous place to visit. Great restaurants and street life. The Dominic is a great place to stay. Go if you can.

Outstanding Service

Loved it June 18, 2023

Some of the best service we have experienced at a hotel. The staff was top notch and ready for anything. One of the doormen even gave us his metro card to use for the day.

Location was great in Soho - very close to many restaurants and activities including several metro stops.

The view from the room was a showstopper! Truly a one of a kind view of New York! Rooms were quiet and private - couldn't hear the other guests at all hours.

Our only negative was the pre-planning service with the concierge. We found it very difficult to work with them and the pricing was significantly higher than if you book tickets yourself.

Overall, loved it! And with so much to see and do in NYC, hope to get back there soon.

Wonderful long NYC Weekend.

Loved it November 5, 2022

My husband and I had a great 4-night stay at the Dominick. The downtown location was great for us with easy access to two different subway stations. The wonderful shops and restaurants of SOHO are just a few steps away.

We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite that was very nice. It appears all the suites have the same square footage, however, the corner suites have fantastic views. I would definitely request a corner suite.

I would suggest the Dominick to anyone looking for a 5 Star hotel in a NYC downtown location. We loved it!

My only complaint is that the hotel bar closes at 11 pm. So, if you're looking for a post-show or after dinner drink, you'll need to look elsewhere. Too bad.
