• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• The infinity-edge pool drops off on one side.
• This residence is perched above a public beach and occasionally you may hear noise.
• There are several flights of stairs throughout the home.
• Please note this home's luggage elevator is currently out of service.
• The nearest golf course is 30 to 45 minutes away from this residence; contact your Destination Concierge to make reservations.
• Real del Mar is an elite private community with very specific rules that are strictly enforced by the Homeowners’ Association to help maintain the exclusivity of the development. Please see your Destination Concierge or Care team for further details.
• Please note that there is ongoing construction, with an anticipated completion date of September 2023, at a neighboring home. Some construction noise is audible while staying at Casa Alba. Construction occurs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy at no fee. Additional guests are accommodated on twin sofa beds located in media room.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
