Riviera Maya is located on Mexico's Yucatan peninsula between Playa del Carmen and Cancún. From Cancún International Airport (CUN), Hotel Esencia is a one-hour drive. Your Care team can arrange for private transportation to and from the airport, or taxis are also readily available at the airport.
Once at the hotel, a rental car isn't necessary as taxi and private transportation are available, and most tours include a round-trip transfer. However, if you do decide to rent a car, we recommend renting a car through Club partner Avis.
