All cancellations are subject to your Inspirato Terms & Conditions and Reservation & Use Rules, which can be found in the Details section of your account on Inspirato.com.
Please note that lodging booked through Inspirato Pass is not eligible for travel insurance. Inspirato recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover other non-refundable portions of your trip (such as flights and activities) as well as post-departure coverage, including emergency medical and evacuation expenses, property damage, and car rental collision coverage. Please be aware that U.S. domestic health insurance policies may not provide coverage in foreign countries.
Each Pass Member has two booking slots. When you make a Pass reservation, one booking slot becomes locked from the date of booking through the reservation’s checkout date. You may book again only if a slot is available. If you cancel a Pass reservation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, an additional “Penalty Lock” may apply, suspending one of your two booking slots for a defined period, thereby limiting your ability to make new reservations. The penalty applied depends on when you cancel, as further outlined below:

| 30-59 days prior to arrival | If you cancel 30-59 days prior to arrival, a Penalty Lock suspends one booking slot for 50% of the number of days between the original booking date and the cancellation date. Example: If you booked 40 days ago and cancel today, the Penalty Lock lasts for 20 days from cancellation. |
| 0-29 days prior to arrival | If you cancel 0-29 days prior to arrival, a Penalty Lock suspends one booking slot for 100% of the number of days between the original booking date and the cancellation date. Example: If you booked 60 days ago and cancel today, the Penalty Lock lasts for 60 days from cancellation. |
| No show | If you do not check in and do not cancel, a Penalty Lock suspends one booking slot until your next Pass renewal date. |
