• This home is staffed, managed, and maintained by our trusted partners at Mougins Luxury Retreats.
• While all of our Mougins accommodations are near one another and offer the same luxury experience, they are not all in one building or central location. For a map, please contact your Care team.
• Please note this residence is on two levels; the two bedrooms are on the first level and the living area is on the European first floor.
• Please note this residence has a washer but no dryer.
• Primary bedroom and bedroom two will share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• The private clubhouse is within walking distance of this residence.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Reservations for arrival in July and August can be cancelled for a full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are nonrefundable. All other reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days are nonrefundable. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
