• Please note the neighboring home is undergoing renovation and may have minor impacts on Tycoon, such as noise and intermittent road restrictions. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
• The air conditioning in this home has limited coverage due to the property's layout and location, but the Destination Team can assist with recommendations for additional cooling methods and fans to maintain cooler temperatures during and after warmer days.
• This home encompasses four floors only accessible via staircases, as the elevator has been decommissioned for guest use.
• Parking for ski access is not included—there will be a parking fee if you choose to park at the resort base area. Free parking options for Deer Valley and Park City Mountain are available, however, please note these lots tend to fill up in the morning.

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
