Tuesday, September 10, 2024 | Farm to Fire in the Valley

• Breakfast at Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard

• After breakfast, we’ll visit a generational hazelnut farm to meet the farm-to-fire cooking experts from Tournant during an exclusive open-fire cooking session under the shade of a massive oak tree

• Enjoy a cooking class making flatbreads and Dutch oven stew while sipping wine harvested from grapes grown right on the property

• Join us for an Inspirato Happy Hour at the Black Walnut Inn prior to dinner

• Attend an unforgettable wine-paired dinner at an esteemed Willamette Valley winery

Day 3
Wednesday, September 11, 2024 | Tastings and Tours

• Breakfast at Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard

• After breakfast, head over to the picturesque Artist Block winery for a private tasting along with an immersive art experience

• Embark on a private tour of an acclaimed Willamette Valley vineyard, followed by an artisanal wine-paired lunch

• After lunch, enjoy downtime at the Black Walnut Inn before an Inspirato Happy Hour

• This evening, we’ll join our friends from Tournant to learn how to shuck Pacific oysters, followed by a candlelit feast of local seafood and wine—starring the mighty Dungeness crab

Thursday, September 12, 2024 | Winemaker for a Day

• Breakfast at Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard

• Start the morning off with a focused tasting at Antica Terra that will include a four-wine flight of the most illustrative blind blends

• After our blind tasting, you will take what you learned and become a winemaker with the opportunity to blend a custom cuvée under the brilliant Antica Terra Winemakers

• Enjoy lunch prepared by Chef Timothy Wastell, paired with wines as well as inspirational bottlings from around the world

• Regroup at the Black Walnut Inn before setting off for a final evening under the stars

• Gather at a private lakeside retreat to experience a Pacific Northwest asado (a South American barbecue tradition), a rustic, bountiful feast of wild salmon and tender beef paired with local wines
