You may have heard that the all-new Inspirato Pass is better than ever.
How does Inspirato Pass work? Browse the Pass Trip List of more than 1 million options in more than 100 destinations around the world. Then, choose your favorite vacation and put your Pass in use with Pass Days, our new—and easy—way to book. When those Pass Days are complete, your Pass opens back up and you can book your next trip.
We know that sometimes a new process can be a little confusing, so we’ve gathered a few of the most commonly asked questions below to help clarify.
Q: How is booking an Inspirato Pass trip different from using other vacation booking platforms?
A: Inspirato Pass is the first travel subscription on the market, and that inherently makes it unique. The first thing to know is that, with Pass, there are no nightly rates, taxes, or fees. In terms of navigating the Pass Trip List, there’s so much to choose from that we recommend setting up a virtual tour with our vacation experts. They can show you how the list works, how to find great value, and the best tips and tricks for booking.
Q: How do Pass Days really work?
A: Pass Days are a way of comparing trips. They indicate the waiting period between the date you reserve a given Pass trip and the date you can reserve your next Pass trip. Shorter trips will lock your Pass for fewer days, while longer trips at larger accommodations will lock your Pass for more days. So, for example, if you book a trip at a large ski home for seven days, that would put your Pass in use for more days than if you booked a quick weekend trip to a hotel. (And if that still sounds confusing, this blog explains Inspirato Pass days in more detail.)
Q: Can I have multiple reservations in place at the same time with Pass?
A: Absolutely! This is one of the best improvements of the all-new Pass. Previously, once you booked a Pass trip, you always had to wait until the trip’s checkout date before booking another trip—meaning you could only hold one Pass reservation at a time. Now, there are hundreds of thousands of trips where your Pass becomes available to book your next trip well before your checkout date, giving you the opportunity to hold multiple Pass reservations at the same time.
Q: How do different subscribers use Pass?
A: There are so many possibilities with Pass. Trip options include Inspirato residences, hotels and resorts from amazing brands, and incredible travel experiences. Depending on your lifestyle, you can use your Pass for spontaneous getaways, or to reserve bigger trips further in advance—or better still, a combination of both. With so many different choices, Pass works well for everyone from solo travelers and couples to families. In fact, learn how one Pass subscriber took 27 vacations in one year and how another subscriber uses Pass to travel for both business and pleasure.
Q: What is the benefit of a Pass subscription vs. an Inspirato Club membership?
A: Inspirato Pass includes all the benefits of Inspirato Club, giving you access to our five-star service, member benefits, and the flexibility to book any trip paying nightly rates. The main difference is that with Pass, you can also book from the Pass Trip List with no nightly rates, taxes, or fees. If you only take a few large trips a year, and need to travel during specific dates, then the Club may be a better fit for you. But if you enjoy getting away frequently, with vacations sprinkled throughout the year, you’ll quickly find value in Pass.
Q: What if I’m not ready to travel at the moment—how am I still getting value?
A: There’s so much to Pass besides travel. Use your Pass to reserve Beyond Travel merchandise, get tickets to a sporting event or concert, or simply book a trip that’s far out—why not have something to look forward to?
